Analog phone to ip phone no voice

hai dear,

i have problem here,

i make a call from analog phone to Ip in a far place (ex. Analog phone Bali to Ip phone Jakarta), the destination phone is ringing, but, when the phone is picked up, no voice out from the ip phone hear in the analog phone.

what mostly the problem?

help me please

IP routing.

What device is the analog phone connected, i.e. VG224, etc? Make sure you have ip routing configuring properly and protocol i.e. H323/SCCP/MGCP bound to an interface.
