I have a problem with and group ma configuration
i have implemented group ma with andtek version 4-8-2
but when i called my manager phone i heared fast busy
i have group in andtek and manager configuration with 602[0] directory
this directory same as cti route point directory
i configured assistant in andtek
cucm configuration for manager / assistant / other phone
manager in pt-manager and css-phone
assistant in pt-phone and css-phone
other phone in pt-phone and css-phone
route point in pt-phone and css-manager(just pt-manager)
please help me to resolve this problem
