Application User Locked in CUCM 9.x

Hello,

   I came up with an issue that i made a new application user (Testing) and set the credentials policy that if failed login attempted 1 time, then account shoud be locked. it does so, because i checked that admin will unlock it. now if i login from my administrator user, from where i can unlock Testing account.

It should automatically unlock after the Lockout Duration expires. Alternatively, you can check the Administrator Must Unlock checkbox and unlock that way as well.
