Are you able to log out of a hunt group in CUPC ?

Hi,

We have a user who logs out of the Hunt Group using the HLog key on his desk phone but this does not log him out on Cupc, so he still gets calls for the hunt group via Cupc.

Is there a way of stopping him getting the calls or have I missed something somewhere ??

It depends on what phone mode CUPC was in.

If CUPC was in desk phone mode, and if he logged out with HLog from desk phone, he should not receive a call

If CUPC was in soft phone mode, there's no HLog key.  He'll always get a call.
