Hi All,
We have identified bug in our ATA device due to which device is loosing connectivity with CUCM frequently. Is there any possibility to monitor the status of ATA using RTMT or someother tool???
Thanks in advance !!!!

Hi,
You could use RTMT and check the syslog viewer for device unregistration:

Tere.

Hi Tere,
Thanks for sharing information and its very useful information.
Is it possible to trigger email alert for ATA to do proactive monitoring?
Thanks in advance !!!!

Hi Hariharan,
Not sure if its possible to configure the alert only for the ATA device, but in RTMT there's an Alert Log Central where you can find some preconfigured alerts. One of them is the NumberOfRegisteredPhonesDropped
If you login to RTMT and go to System--> Tools--> Alert --> Alert Central you can view the preconfigured alerts and you can create custom ones.
You can also choose Tools--> Alert --> Config Email Server you can configure the mail server to use and under Alert--> Config Alert Action you can configure which alert you want to notify and add the recipients.
Refer to:

Regards,
Tere.
