Hi I have installed the Attendant Console Advance version 10.5 and all works fine except the blind transfer.
The procedure to make the blind transfer is the foloowing.
1) Receive Call
2) Type the extension and enter, but the call come back again.
The only way to make transfer is drag and drop or consult transfer.
Can somebody helpme?

Hi Federico,
I know your post is a little dated but can you tell me what you have set under in the client -
Preferences then Advanced
In the "When Transferring Calls" section?
You may need to select "No Calls"

have you solved this problem?
I have a similar problem, but only appears when I try to xfer the call outside the CUCM. My problem was that CTI Ports had not External Phone Number Mask.
Putting this, I have solved the problem but I have run into a new one. I have two calls in order to make the blind xfer (the first one is cancelled by CUCM).
