Hello folks
we have CUCM 7.0 and we have attendant console deployed, is there a way to configure the parked calls so if no one retrieves that call when the call rings the original phone, have it display that it was a previous parked call ?

Are you using the old AC?
Or one of the new CUxAC?
As far as i remember you should get something like a *XXXX with the * meaning it was parked (at least on old AC), i can check tomorrow. You should be getting also something on the phone, do you see any indication on the AC phone it was a parked call?

I'm using AC the plug-in that was posted on CCO for CUCM 7.x
I was making some testing yesterday and there isn't any notification to let you know that the call was previously parked
