anyone has any positive experience with using any other software besides the Cisco Attendant Console software. We are using ARC Solutions Attendant Console and are looking for something else. Does anyone know of anything else out there?

A google search will turn up a fair few alternate products; I've used Zeacom and it's pretty good although quite expensive.
