I'm having an issue with Attendant Console Standard not showing one user's presence.
It's happening with one specific user, and I noticed that when I search for that person in Jabber, I see two copies: one under Contacts and recents and one under Address Book. The contact under Address Book is not showing presence, but the one under Contacts and recents is working fine.
I'm assuming that Attendant Console is finding the contact under Address Book and since there isn't IM information in that contact, no presence can be displayed.
How do I force Attendant Console to use the user from CUCM/LDAP instead of from my Outlook Address Book?
