Hello,
I am looking to upgrade a customer from 6.x to 8.6 using the 3+3 program. I will need to upgrade the Attendant Console as well, and there is some documentation on the pricing as part of a 3+3 promotion - but I am unable to find the parts in the Config tools. I have also gone to the Collaboration Order Guides page, and the Order Guide for Unified Enterprise, Business and Department Attendant Consoles link brings up a blank page.
How do I order the 3+3 version of the Attendant Console?
