Attendant Console

Good day Sir/Madam

The Attendant Console in our Switchboard is giving the below error message, leading to their actual main phone not being able to receive call from outside and also the call does not go thought when dailing from internal premises the number 9 or 7111 of the main phone.

 

This all happeed after we had to switch of our servers over the weekend but connection was resored yesterday, not other phone are working 100% (can receive internal and external call), it only the main phone that is giving problems.

 

I cant seem to be able to login in the Attendant console as I'm getting the error message.

Have you tried restarting the CTI services?

What troubleshooting have you done?

Is the CTI Ports and CTI Route Ports showing registered? Have you logged into the CUAC server and check that the service is running, licensed?
