Attendent Console Server - only option?

The old attendent console was EOL and the new product is a purchase item. Is this the only product out there?

Chris,

You don't have to use the new Cisco Unified Attendant Console (there are different flavors of Department, Business, and Enterprise).  There are a 3rd-party applications for this type of functionality.  The Cisco AC is actually an OEM of a product by ARCSoft so you could check them out directly.  Fidelus is another offering of this type as well.
