Hello,
My company is using the auto atendent with a dial by neam directory with the parameter of 'last name'
I would like to change the parameter to be souly the first name and possibly complete the user name of whomever the client is trying to reach.
The last name directiry is not working well with any of our clients and is very bad for business. I appreciate the help.

Hi Cole,
You can search directory by ‘Last name followed by first name’ or ‘First name followed by last name’.
If you want it to be ‘First name followed by last name’. You can make use of Editor Express or attribute ‘Name Search Order’ of ‘Dial-by-Name’ in custom script.
