Auto Attendant transfer issue

Hello Everyone,

I have a Auto Attendant with DN 76000, after greeting the call transfer to operator with extension 8000. 8000 is a translation pattern scheduled point to two DNs, for exemple DN 89000 in the day and DN 89001 in the night. in the day when calling 76000 and when after greeting the call forwarded to 89000 "operator" but the problem is when 89000 reject the call forwarded to other DN for exemple to 89757 and not to the " there is no operator available" .
