We configured auto attendant.

When i dial on office main number, It is asking to press 0, when i press 0, as soon as press 0 after one ring call is disconnecting, What could be the reason?.

Which platform exactly did you use for AA implementation? CUC, CUE or maybe UCCX?

We configured auto attendant on CUC.

So, where does option '0' forwards to? Internal DN? Is the user of that internal DN also defined at CUC?

It is forwarding to internal DN, Yes the that internal DN defined in CUC.

Does the CSS at the VM ports on CUCM contain the partition of the extension that you are trying to reach?
