We configured auto attendant.
When i dial on office main number, It is asking to press 0, when i press 0, as soon as press 0 after one ring call is disconnecting, What could be the reason?.

So, where does option '0' forwards to? Internal DN? Is the user of that internal DN also defined at CUC?

It is forwarding to internal DN, Yes the that internal DN defined in CUC.
