Auto Attendent in Cisco CallManager Express

Hi,

I have a problem regarding B-ACD (Basic Automatic Call Distribution) in CallManager Express 4.0 with Cisco IOS 12.4(4)XC4.

For example:

application

service aa

! defines the application-name of the AA script as aa

paramspace english language en

! specifies language as English

paramspace english index 1

paramspace english location flash:

! declares location of audio files

param service-name queue

Problem: Now the problem is when i enter Param command in order to implied parameter then i got

Warning: parameter service-name has not been registered under queue name space..

Your prompt assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated.

The message does not cause any issues, it is expected. Are you having issues with your script? Make sure you inculde all parameters even the one you think you don't need. Also, make sure you call the application service from incoming dial-peer.
