Automate IPT user creation using MS Orchestrator in CUCM 11.1

Hi,

We are planning to automate the IPT tasks using MS Orchestrator.

1. On CUCM front below functionalities that we would like to automate
   
   1. Identify unassigned DN / extension
   2. Create extension mobility profile
   3. Subscribe login/ logout services
   4. Add a DN number
   5. Link EM Profile to LDAP user ID

2. On CUCA front, below functionalities that we would like to automate
   
   1. Voicemail profile creation:
      1. Import users from LDAP
      2. Reset password

• Set SMTP and Select the exchange server

1. Voicemail profile deletion

Has anyone automated these tasks using any of the ITPA tools? Also how would CUCM/CUCA communicate to 3rd Party applications. What would be the methods used ? JAVA API,SOAP or REST?
