backup on Cisco Prime Unified Service Monitor 9.0

Hi,

I was trying to do backup on my Cisco Prime Unified Service Monitor (version 9.0) through web interface (Administration -> Server Administration (Common Services) -> Administration -> Backup) because I want to migrate configuration to Prime Collaboration Assurance and I get the following error:

Backup failed.ERROR(1120): Database cmfDb backup failed and . Check the log file for information., please look into the log file C:/PROGRA~1/CSCOpx/log/dbbackup.log for more details

In the log file I get:

a /PROGRA~1/CSCOpx/objects/logrot/logrot.conf
a /PROGRA~1/CSCOpx/objects/logrot/logrot.deny

Do you have any ideas how to solve this?

I had to open TAC for this, so I will provide you the answer in case someone had to deal with the same kind of situation.

The issue here is that the backup is considering server as 64-bit and is looking for the scripts in x64 directory rather than Win32 directory.

So, the solution is to copy folder win32 in NMSROOT/objects/db and change its name to x64.

And that solve this problem for me.
