I'm importing 174 phones and its only failing on 40 with the following error

DEVICE-LINE Association :: Error : Could not insert new row - duplicate value in a UNIQUE INDE

do you know what the problem is ?

Do you have any dummy numbers? Seen this issue before when you use the same dummy DN for several lines on many phones.

Actually to me it seems like he is adding the same line twice on one phones. Maybe he is trying to do rollover and didn't put them in different partition? IE. 5000/PT_Line1,5000/ PT_Line2. One 1DN/PT Combo of the same value per Phone!
