Bizarre Team duplication problem

My Developer team is trying to log into UCCX with the Agent Desktop to do some testing with the CTI Interface. Unfortunately we were getting errors logging in which led me to look through the UCCX settings for that agent. I noticed there are 20,580 Teams set up all named "Default". Whenever I try to delete one the number of teams actually increases by one record. It also appears a new team gets added about every 5 minutes or so.

We don't have anything adding teams programmatically so I am at a loss for what could be going on. Any ideas on how to stop it, or at least how to clean up over 20,000 teams?

I have referred your post to the CCBU team, and they suggest you open a ticket with the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (www.cisco.com/go/support) to get expert debugging assistance.

The scenario you described is an unexpected product behavior that requires further troubleshooting.
