My user has 4 BLF lines defined. 3 correctly display the phone icon but the 3rd of 4 shows the graphic which is "BLF indicator unavailable for this line".On the previous solution as i read one solved the problem by making the line fully e.164 qualified. How can i male the line number fully e.164 qualified and is this a solution for indicator problem ?
Thank you

BLF uses the subscribe call search space on the phone to reach and monitor the line designated for BLF monitoring. If it can't reach the DN via this CSS, it will fail.
Take a look at your subscribe call search space, and validate that the partition of the DN to be monitored is contained in the subscribe CSS
