Block Callers from Leaving Messages

I am using Unity and not Unified Messaging and have a RoutePoint set up for a department that they only need to leave a recording for people to call in and listen to. This recording also tells those people to NOT leave a voicemail. Is there any setting for an individual mailbox that will NOT allow callers to leave a message? Thanks!

Open the subsciber page. Click on Greetings. Set the After greeting: to Send caller to HangUp

Alternatively, you can choose Call Handler and choose a different action.
