we encountered the following behaviour, which I need to know if it is a bug or a misconfiguration:
Cisco offers a CFA loop prevention, which is working totally fine when testing on hardphones.
In Jabber it is working as well, if we use it as Softphone on a physical station (laptop or whatever).
But in two scenarios we detected CFA loop detection not to be active:
1. using jabber as CTI-client
2. using jabber as softphone in a citrix environment
In both scenarios CFA is getting activated, although a loop is built.
We are using Cisco CUCM 184.108.40.20600-21
