My customer is being absorbed by another company so on the day of the takeover they want to make sure nobody has a greeting like "This is Joe from xyz company..." They want me to delete everyone's mailbox greetings so they will be forced to re record their greetings. Can that be done? Or would forcing the user to enroll on next login be the best way to handle that?

the Bulk User Delete tool includes the option of resetting several items on standing mailboxes (not just removing them) - this includes removing custom greetings and such - you can check it out here:

Thanks. The solution I am going to use is to set all the users for re - enrollment at next login then they will have to record a new greeting.
