BULK Greeting Change in Unity Connection 8.6 and higher

In Cisco Unity Connection can you have the same voicemail greeting on 330 different voice mail boxes?  These are for stores  and if the store main number is busy or not answered it will got to voicemail

Each of the voicemail box then emails the voicemail as attachment to voicemail box owner?

You can definitely have the same greeting for all 330 users.

But if the mainline is busy the call will be transferred to only one of these mailboxes, unless you send the message to a distribution list.

Thank you for your reply.

The client will have 330 sites with direct indials to each site, they would like the greeting to be standard across all sites, but if a calls comes into a site, they want the standard greeting to be played and then a message directed to a contact with the site they called.

This is like a normal extension to user relationship. Each extension in the 330 sites will be unique and the same extension can be used for the user on Unity  - a total of 330 users on Unity.

You can upload the greetings via CUC Administration page or use the ATM tool,

I am not clear on what you mean by this sentence:

The Callflow we need looks like this.

Call from PSTN to SITEA---> CFAtoVM --> Plays Standard Greeting ---MWI for PhoneA at SITEA Turns on

Call from PSTN to SITEB---> CFAtoVM --> Plays Standard Greeting ---MWI for PhoneB at SITEB Turns on

Call from PSTN to SITEB---> CFAtoVM --> Plays Standard Greeting of PHONE B User---MWI for PhoneB at SITEB Turns on

... in this way you will have 330 users on Unity Connection.

So the tool you provided the link for will allow a Single Greeting to be created, once created it will allow you to insert this Standard Single Greeting to all of the 330 users.

You can check if Bulk update is available. I haven't tried a Bulk update using the ATM tool.

There is a Bulk Edit Option under the User page. That will work fine.
