CAD users disapear from view when chat message sent

I have  4 agents in our call center that are being knocked out of the Chat view whenever anyone tries to send them a chat message.  They are still able to take live calls, but they cannot send or receive chat messages.  It only hapens with these 4 ans all other agents are ok.  No apparent changes to the users PCs and I confirmed that they don't have multiple IP connections or Windows firewall enabled.
