Hello,
To achieve the desired result/call-flow, you will want to edit the Greeting. This can be done by following the steps below:
Clicking on 'Call Management'
-> 'System Call Handlers'
-> selecting the specified Call Handler
-> select 'Edit Greetings'
-> select the 'Standard Greeting' to modify it
-> in the 'After Greeting' section, select the specific route you want to use to get to reception, i.e. "Call Action" -> "Transfer"
