Hi Jack,
Check out this thread from January of this year which seems to answer your question exactly. You will see that 2 of the replies are from Ginger and Jeff who are undoubtedly the 2 people I would want to get an answer from if I were asking.

The reason that I asked this question I that we have a PIMG integration ( I dont believe that this has anything to do w/ it as 10 Call handlers configured , and 2 of them before we can finish recording the greeting, the prompt goes back to the beginning , " to record a greeting ,,,," a seconds about 56 seconds I am not sure if Unity is not receiving the rtp stream it thinks there is no one there??? The RTP stream is with the PIMG box to Unity using SIP protocol.. could that be the problem
