Call Interaction Reporting

Is there a way with CDR or any of the other reporting features to produce a report that shows the date and time of phone calls between 2 numbers. One internal extension and an external line. We have a user that would like to show proof that he has contacted an individual and that he has received numerous phone calls from the individual as well. I'm not very experienced with Call Manager, but was able to get some of the results I was looking for, but not filtered as much as I'd like. We are using CUCM 10.5.

You can use the CDR search by user/phone number/URI feature, CAR and CDR are provided as is, if you want enhanced searching capabilities/manipulation for CDR, you would need to invest in a 3rd party billing tool.
