Call Logging on Call Manager 6

Is there an easy way to produce an report on CM that will show all incoming and outgoing calls made and to what ext the call came from or call to?

CallManager includes a basic call accounting system called the CAR (CDR Analysis and Reporting) tool.

You did not specify your CCM version so I have provided a link to the 7.1 admin guide below.

Note that CDR records are not enabled by default - you need to enable them as described in the document.

Thanks, that was it. It was turned on by the local phone company when they installed the system... We just didn't know about it.
