Call Manager 9.1 physical server convert to VM SERVER

Hello

I am in a need of experts help to see how i can convert a Physical Cisco call manager server running 9.1 version to vm server using the VM vcenter converter standalone but i get this problem when trying to convert it

Unable to query the live linux source machine. Make sure that you can run sudo without entering a password when logged in to the source machine over SSH AS "USER ADMIN"

Yeah, that's definitely not an option and not supported

Another alternative if you plan to upgrade while migrating, is to use PCD.
