Hi everybody,
we bought a 500 DLU licenses on our call manager server. After upgrading our call manger from version 5.1 to 8.5, we discovered that the unit license report has a shortfall of 500units license.
Subsequently, we enquired from Cisco why we have such reduction in the total license report on our call manager. Cisco made us to understand that 500 units of licenses uploaded on our call manager were temporary device licenses which are not transferrable to the new platform.
please how can you help in this regards.
