I am running call manager 8.5 and we have a gateway with a SIP trunk and also a PRI for all faxing. I am looking for a way to have a user dial a 4-digit extension and that number be prepended with 9.XXX-XXXX to macth my outgoing route pattern. This would send the calls out of our SIP trunk and hit an IVR with a dedicated PRi on it.
I have tried using a translation pattern and it does add the 9and the 7-digit number, but that is not matching my route patterns causing the calls to fail. Anyone know of a way to do this?
