Call not ringing in all the devices

Hello ,
Recently I installed MRA for one of my clients right now the client testing the soultion . We experience some weird problem with
the Iphone client (android not tested yet).Sometimes when calling an extension the desk phone is ringing and the iphone client is
not ringing(and dont see the call) you can see this beavior in the logs attached .After few minutes the Iphone clieny may log missed call
or just start to ring
Any idea ?

So where does MRA fit in this scenario? Are you saying the the desk phone and the iPhone are both on the inside of the network and someone is calling externally, via MRA and the deskphone and iPhone Jabber client should be ringing at the same time?

The issue occur only to the iphone device . It's connected to the CUCM through the MRA.
I am not sure if the MRA is part of the problem.
