Hello all,
Is there a way I can pull call reports on our reception desk to see how many calls they take, busy periods and so on without purchasing some specific CDR software?
We currently run call manager 8.6 along with CUEAC version 8.6.2.20

I suggest you try the CAR reports from CUCM and see if any fits what you require, if they don't, then you'll definitely need to buy a 3rd party billing app as CAR does not allow customization of the reports.
