I have a query regarding Cisco Call Connector version: 2.01.012, file version: 1.1.56.12203. My request is in relation to Outlook and its contact management.
Personal contacts are detected and used perfectly, however we have a public contacts group located under “other contacts” this contains 4 thousand contacts used by our employees and regularly updated by multiple different users. Is there any way for CallConnector to see these contacts?
I’ve checked all the menus many times without any luck. Is this something which can be synced with CallConnector without the drastic and messy task of merging the public file with my own?
