Caller phone number not displayed when forwarding from hunt group

Hi

When I call a hunt pilot, on the called phone's screen is displayed the name/number of the hunt pilot.

But, I know that we can display the caller phone number. I already enabled this option in the hunt pilot (Calling line ID presentation and Calling name presentation) but no change on the phone.

In fact, I moved some phones from an CCM to another and I have this issue since this migration. I don't find the option....

Any one can help me?

Do I understand it right? You need somthing like this?

The Pilot name is Test Hunt Pilot, my Line on Jabber is 199 and the caller is the number +41XXXX

On the phones it looks similar. I have all th informations:

Pilot name

Caller ID

Caller Name (if exists)

The only thing I know is on the Hunpilot in the Section Calling Party Transformations, you can set the parameters Calling Line ID Presentation and Calling Name Presentation

to Restricted. Then you don't see the caller number and name.

There is also a service parameter (Open Advances Service Parameter) called:

Display Hunt Pilot Name or DN for Hunt Group Calls When Alerting

This is by default true. 

How does it look on your screen?

My phone display look like that

It displayed "forward from Patrick". But before the migration, it was display the DN of the caller. And I want this.

I already modified the calling line ID prestentation but not better.
