CallerID for Jabber Client (inbound call from other PBX)

My Jabber 14 works with a bundle (CTI) with the phone 7965. When a inbound call is from Asterisk or other CUCM/CME, the phone reflect CallerID as last name, first name, but only the DN is reflect on the pop-up window of Jabber. How to fix this, I want the Jabber to also display a CallerID similar to the one on the phone during a call.

Jabber uses the directory source to perform number to name mapping, you would need to add all the users to the directory source for that to work.
