We recently upgraded from 7.1.5 to 8.6.2. We had a service parameter to prefix all inbound national calls with a 91 to make calling back missed calls easier. We also had a device pool for contact center devices that ignored the service parameter through the use of Incoming calling party settings. Since upgrading to 8.6.2 the call center is now getting the 91 as well. It looks like this is a design change that per this bug: https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCud19464.
If this is per design how do you strip the 91 for some calls but leave it for others? The bug leads me to believe if I remove the service parameter I will be unable to add the 91 at the device pool level.
Thanks
