Its same for cucm6 as well,
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/cdr_defs/5_x/cdr504.html
[Cisco Unified CallManager 5.0 Call Detail Record Definitions]
The field "dateTimeConnect" does not account for any
timezone information and it only records the time stamp
in GMT.

As already explained since the 1st reply:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/cdr_defs/5_x/cdr504.html
[Cisco Unified CallManager 5.0 Call Detail Record Definitions]
The field "dateTimeConnect" does not account for any timezone information and it only records the time stamp
in GMT.
If you use CAR it uses the server timezone to adjust when running reports, if you use any 3rd party billing it should do this as well.
You CANNOT change the fields in the DB to show what you want.
