Is there any way to enable Unity to report CMR information to CallManager? I am in the process of trying to track down voice quality issues with a Unity server at a remote site and having Unity report call statistics (primarily lost packets information) like the phones do would be extremely helpful.

No, this feature is currently not available. However, Unity does offer some other good utilities for troubleshooting audio quality. Here is a good place to start...

Although Unity will not report these stats to CCM - the audiostat utility collects the following info about recordings to Unity:
Device(Unity Port) #
Start time YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
End time YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
Avg (ms) 20 is the norm
Src IP Addr Can be the gateway or IP Phone
Src Port UDP Port
Local Port Depends on the range specified in the TSP configuration
Codec G711/G729
Duration (sec) How long the recording lasted
Silence inserted Number of times Unity detected silence - a symptom of bad jitter or folks putting Unity on hold
