Does anyone know if CallPilot comes standard with VPIM support or is this optional? Does CallPilot support SMDI or other integration to Cisco while remaining attached and supporting Nortel users (dual integration)?

No. I do know SMDI is supported on CallPilot. However, I don't know if it is standard or an optional cost. I also don't know if VPIM is standard or optional cost but Nortel's site states it is a feature. Additionally I don't know if CallPilot can support two PBX systems (a Nortel and Cisco SMDI integration).
