It's not likely that the calls are going to the example administrator account - the EAdmin account is the default recipient for messages from the Example Interview handler and the operator mailbox - so you need to replace those recipient references to someone who is a real admin in your organization who should be handling these. And/or change your behavior on the opening greeting call handler such that it doesn't send calls after hours to the example interview handler and such.
Also, make sure you have a real admin in your Unaddressed Messages distribution list - by default Example Admin is the only member of that DL.
