There is one number that our customer's site cannot connect to through CUCM, which is very strange. What could possibly be causing this?

Many things, you need to give us some more details, i..e system you are using CUCM, CME, etc, call flow details, if external call what type of circuit is used i.e. PRI, SIP trunk, POTS, etc and appropriate debugs for the circuit. If you can answer these we can hopefully steer you further.

Hello - I apologize. I should have put that info in first. We're using CUCM, ver 8.5.1 and using a SIP trunk. I will get some debugs running.. THanks.
