I have a really old version of IPCCX 4.05 and I can't add a user to the IP-Phone agent application because the server thinks there is a backup going and there isn't one running. Here is the error I'm seeing:
Error while handling the input request.
Config Changes are not allowed during 'Backup' operation, which was started by 'bigcheese' at 'Thu Jun 07 11:07:55 CDT 2012 '. Please try again after 'Backup' is complete.
I did a search and the only thing I could find was that another that said this:
"We used to experience this issue with CRS v4 which was on Windows platform (only run archieve.exe to clear the flags)" - How do I clear the flags?
Since we're on 4.05 TAC won't help, has anybody else run into this and fixed it?
