This is not done using Unity, but done with the Outlook client using Rules. From the Outlook 2003 inbox, select a voice message. Right-click and select Create Rule. You can specify criteria and move the message to another folder other than the inbox. Here are the caveats to doing this: The user won't get MWI triggered to the phone. The voice message, once it has been moved to another folder, is not accessible from the TUI. The TUI only reads from the Inbox and Deleted Items folders. Since our customers want the MWI, we discourage them from setting these automatic rules. However, our customers are very adept at creating folders for the storage of voice, email, and fax messages after they have been viewed/played.
