Not entirely sure what you're asking... Unity is a true unified messaging system meaning we actually create the voice mails natively in the user's mailbox - that's not a copy of an email with a link to another datastore where the voice mail resides - it's the real McCoy.
So if you're asking can we not put voice mail messages in user's inboxes, the answer is no. If you want some users to a have voice mail only and not be able to see their voice mails in their inbox, you'll need to create another hidden mail user for that person and point their voice mail to that mailbox instead of their primary box - this way they still have voice mail messages on their phone but wont have access to them in their email box at the desktop.
