Cannot import Active Directory share mailboxes thru LDAP on Unity

Hello,

We cannot import AD share mailboxes thru LDAP on Unity but we can import AD user accounts. We Unity version 12.5.  Would we to just manually create the share mailbox in Unity?

Any Suggestions.

I don't quite understand your question.

The LDAP sync I believe is limited to the user object class regardless of how you edit the filter. A mailbox isn't an LDAP user object, so it is likely not to be visible to the search.
