Cannot Import User From CUCM to Unity

I always got ERROR importing user (XXX) with extension = XXX: A User with the specified extension already exists in the Partition.

User is LDAP 

AXL Service is activated and working fine.. no issue

I tried to make it.

is there anyway to do it with CLI

And have you looked into your configuration to confirm if that is really the case??

No, there is no command to import users via CLI

And have you actually checked you config to make sure that there is not a user already with that DN???

Find the problematic user's extension under user, narrow your search in case you couldn't locate it  with search limits to partition. delete the problematic user and try importing the user again.

Hi,

I delete the user from CUCM and also Puch sync with LDAP then I try to import it again from unity, gives the same error
